Licence

The short version: use them on anything you make, for any client, forever. Do not resell or share the files.

You bought a licence to use these files, not the files themselves.

You may

use them on any project you work on, personal or paid, for any client, with no limit on the number of projects and no royalty and no credit required
install them on the computers you work on, including a laptop and a workstation
bake them into your exported video, and deliver that video anywhere

You may not

resell, sublicence, rent or give away the files, on their own or inside another product, pack, preset, template or course
upload them anywhere others can download them, publicly or privately
modify them and distribute the result as your own LUTs
use them to train a model, or to derive another set of LUTs for distribution

If you work in a team, each person needs their own licence. Teams and studios, write to hello@pursuitlabs.ai and we will sort out a fair price.

These files are provided as they are, with no warranty. Our liability is limited to what you paid. Nothing here takes away rights you have under the law where you live.
